This Web site will help you find assistance and information, work better with an attorney or spokesperson, and represent yourself in some legal matters in Tribal court. We have been working with the California Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Tribal Projects Unit to modify state court forms for use in Tribal Courts in California. (Updated October 30, 2011. Please check back as we continue to grow!)
Domestic Abuse Forms and Filing in Tribal Court:
(10/30/11: These forms have been reviewed and adopted by the NCTCC members and partners - eventually they will be simplified and easier to fill out online, with self-populating fields. We welcome feedback to improve and simplify our forms.)
For state or Tribal court filing information, see these FAQs or visit the California Courts Self-Help website for state filings.
